I like this method as you don't have to worry about unmounting/mounting the USB drive with has AddOnX/CoinOpsX/pinball on it. After that is done then you can use 2-USB: 1 USB mounted 24x7 containing AddonX/CoinOpsX/pinball stuff, then you can plug/unplug other USBs with different sauce packs. For 2-USB, as the Legends Gamer Pro only has 1 USB port on the "green puck," you'll need to hook up a USB hub. You can use the 1-USB method (1st partition for AddOnX/CoinOpsX/pinball table downloads 2nd partition for sauce packs) or 2-USB method. But after doing the firmware update (strongly recommended to do this over a wired connection, as I've seen others mention wifi is unstable until a firmware update & you want to make sure the entire firmware is downloaded/applied) I was able to find FlashDriveX/CoinOpsX and do the rest of the steps. I noticed at first I didn't see (I think it was FlashDriveX?) in the Options/settings. The firmware needs to be updated before you can do any "cooking" with sauces.I also had the wifi and CoinOpsX "file not found" issues. Hopefully this is helpful to all the new people getting the system. You do have to redownload the latest firmware so I would check first to see if your trackball and 2nd player inputs work. Once you see the factory reset prompt, release all buttons.Īfter that all the controls worked. Press and hold the P1 START + HOME/MENU buttons on the Legends Gamer Control Top while you continue to hold the reset button. Power on the Legends Gamer Console via Micro USB cable while you continue to hold the reset button. Press and hold the reset button on the Legends Gamer Console with a pin. Here are the steps for that from the Atgames website.Ĭonnect the Legends Gamer Console to a TV.Ĭonnect the Legends Gamer Console and the Legends Gamer 3.Control Top via the USB cable. Solution: I had to factory reset the puck. I went to Healthcheck and they were not being found. Then CoinopsX was able to find the sauce and load them.ģ.The trackball and 2nd player inputs were not recognized. After I launched Coinopsx I got the no CoinOpsX file found. After I formatted the USB and mounted it I installed Coinopsx. After that I was able to connect to wifi.Ģ.No Coinopsx file found. Solution: I hard wired and then upgraded the firmware. So here are some of the things I struggled with after receiving mine this week.ġ.Unable to connect to wifi.
